Buying an electric motorcycle in Indonesia can provide a subsidy of about 3,100 yuan.

The Indonesian government has recently further expanded its subsidy policy for electric motorcycles. According to Antara News Agency, citizens aged 17 and above will enjoy a discount of up to 7 million rupees (approximately RMB 3,189) when purchasing electric motorcycles.

Since first providing subsidies to specific groups of people in March last year, the government has gradually expanded the scope of assistance. However, despite the increase in government subsidies, the price of electric motorcycles on the market has ranged from 4.8 million rupees (approximately RMB 2,186) to 37.75 million. Prices range from rupees (approximately RMB 17,199). Some Indonesians interviewed said that despite the expansion of subsidy policies, the price of electric motorcycles is still relatively high and beyond their budget range.

Therefore, the acceptance of electric motorcycles in Indonesia has not been as high as expected, and some Indonesians are still cautious about purchasing electric motorcycles.
